Our Vision – To Know Him Fully – To Make Him Fully Known

The purpose of our church is to be the living presence of our Lord Jesus Christ to the communities of Northern Virginia. It is to offer, by Him, full salvation, healing love and abundant, victorious life. It is to seek to live out Matthew 10:7-8 – “And as you go, preach, saying, ‘the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons; freely you have received, freely give.’”

Our Beliefs

These are the beliefs we hold to be true. They are common to Christians worldwide:

We Believe…..

•In One God, revealed in 3 Persons. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

•That the Bible is His Living Word, and all scripture within is given by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and contains all truth needed for faith and the Christian life.

•That all men and women are born with a sinful, fallen nature, and that this fallen nature is ultimately, always contrary to the nature of God.

•That the finally unrepentant and unconverted, are hopelessly and eternally lost.

•That the Lord Jesus Christ died in order to bring the offer of free salvation to the entire human race, and that all, and anyone who will confess their sin with their mouths, and believe on and in Him with their hearts, in faith, are justified before God, and made new creations in Christ.

•That all who excercise such faith are delivered from the dominion and penalty of sin.

•That it is His will that all believers be sanctified, that is, set apart by, and for Him, and filled with His Holy Spirit, for the purpose of living victorious, and abundant life.

•That it is the Holy Spirit Himself who bears witness to our hearts of both the new birth in Christ, and of His Spirit’s infilling of our hearts.

•That our Lord Jesus Christ will return, the dead will be raised, and final judgement will take place.
